Sokolský běh republiky – Ostrava
The Sokolský běh republiky in Ostrava will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. This event is a race format where timing might not be measured by a timing chip, but you will still receive your final time and be eligible for awards. Participants will receive a starting package with a bib number and gifts from organizers and partners. A medal shaped like the Czech Republic awaits finishers.
Main Route
Adults: 4.2 km
The route is varied, leading through paths, forests, and meadows, with alternating flat sections and hills.
Children's Route

The route starts at the Sokolovna, continues along the street to the forest, through the forest to the post office, and back along the street to the Sokolovna.
Accompanying Program
A group warm-up is organized before each race.

Changing facilities are available, and there are toilets in the Sokolovna.

Parking is available in the vicinity of the Sokolovna.
