Sokolský běh republiky – Blatná
The Sokolský běh republiky in Blatná will take place on Wednesday 28 October 2026. This event is a race where timing might not be measured by a chip, but participants will still receive their results and be part of the award ceremony. Each participant will receive a start package with a bib number and gifts from organizers and partners. A medal shaped like the republic awaits finishers.
Main Race
Adults 3.9 km
The start and finish are at the Blatná Swimming Stadium. The route goes along the sidewalk out of town, then along field paths around the pond to the turnaround point, and back along the same route.
Children's Races
- 400 m - born 2012 - 2015. Children will race on a grass surface within the complex.
- 200 m - born 2016 - 2021. A shorter track adapted to their age and physical condition.
- 200 m - born 2022 and younger. A shorter track adapted to their age and physical condition.
Accompanying Program
There will be an accompanying program for children, including swings, a sandbox, and balls.
Facilities for Runners
Toilets, changing rooms, and refreshments are available in the complex.
Parking and Transport
Free parking is available in front of the complex.
