Šelmarun - rodinné běhy 2026
Experience a sports and family day with races in Trhové Sviny. The event offers various categories: a 350m race for the youngest children without obstacles, an obstacle run for older children (1 and 2 km), and a 4 km race for adults. The obstacle courses feature challenges on the first half of the route. For registered participants, gifts and medals are provided. The event also includes a supporting program with a creative workshop, sensory play, and refreshments.
ŠelmaRun - dospělí (4 km)
A race or walk for adults. The route starts from Velký rybník and returns. It includes a slight uphill section in the first half.
Běh pro nejmenší (0-3 roky, 350 m)
A short, obstacle-free run along Velký rybník for toddlers.
ŠelmaRun s překážkami (1 km, 3-6 let)
This course includes 5 obstacles over 500m uphill, followed by a downhill run without obstacles.
ŠelmaRun s překážkami (2 km, 7-12 let)
This course includes 8 obstacles over 1 km uphill, followed by a downhill run without obstacles.

Participate virtually from anywhere in the world. Submit your run data by May 31, 2025, to receive a medal. 30% of the virtual race fee supports the "Běhejme a pomáhejme útulkům" charity.
