About the RUN5 Teamstaffel Wiesbaden
The RUN5 Teamstaffel Wiesbaden is a new running event coming to Wiesbaden on August 12, 2026. Teams of five people will each run a 5 km loop in the Kurhauspark. The focus is on team building, exercise, and a shared experience – not on the fastest time.
Whether as a team event or a company celebration, the event offers companies and teams from Wiesbaden and the region the perfect opportunity to promote cohesion and end the day in the event village at the Kurhaus. Starting times begin at 5:00 PM, making RUN5 the perfect after-work event.

How it works:
- Assemble your team: You form a team of five people who will start together.
- Appoint a Team Captain: Your team captain registers the team and receives all event information from us (Team Captain Info).
- Divide the route: Each person runs a approx. 5 km loop through the Kurhauspark one after another - together you cover 25 km.
- Hand over the baton and cheer: In the transition zone, you pass the baton to the next team member.
- Collect total time: In the end, only the total time of your team is counted - individual running times of team members are not the focus.

Start and finish are located directly on the Bowling Green in front of the Kurhaus Wiesbaden. This is where the event village is located, where you meet in your team tents and spend the evening with friends and colleagues. And in the middle: the transition zone, where you hand over the baton and cheer on your team. As soon as a team member starts, they head onto the approximately 5.2 km route through the green Kurpark. Along the way, fans and music provide additional motivation while running.See route map
