Run Mhor - Hidden Glen 10k
Voted Best 10K in Scotland and 3rd Best in the UK 2020, the Hidden Glen 10K is not your average 10K! Trace the banks of Loch Doine and run deep into Monachyle Glen.
The event offers two distances: 10 km and 1 km fun run.
Route Conditions: The first 2km is on tarmac, the remainder is trail and can be muddy or puddly. Trail shoes are recommended.
What's Included: Professionally organised event, medal for all participants, water at the finish, electronic chip timing, medical provision, free access to photos, race hydration from Active Root, and parking close to the start/finish.
Event Schedule:
- 9am – Registration, car park and t-shirt collection open
- 11:45am – Registration desk closes
- 11:55am – Welcome and safety briefing
- 12pm – 10K start
- 12:20pm (approx) – Fun run starts
- 12:40pm – First 10K finishers expected
- 2pm – Final runners expected
- 2.15pm – Prizegiving (TBC)
Age and Participation:
- 10K Age Limit: 15+ years old.
- 1K Fun Run Age Limit: 5+ years, under 5s can run with adult supervision.
- Gender Categories: Male, Female, Non-binary, Other. Prizes awarded for Top 3 in each category (min. 5 participants) and age group prizes (min. 3 participants).
- Dogs are not permitted.
