Join the 34th Rodheimer Volkslauf on September 26, 2026, a family-friendly running event and part of the popular Main-Lauf-Cup series. The start and finish are centrally located in the sports center, offering an attractive stadium atmosphere.
Competitions:
- 13:30 Uhr: 0.15 km Bambinilauf (Fun run for the youngest participants)
- 13:50 Uhr: 1 km Lauf (Pupils U10, part of BBF-Junior Main-Lauf-Cup)
- 14:00 Uhr: 1 km Lauf (Pupils U12, part of BBF-Junior Main-Lauf-Cup)
- 14:15 Uhr: 3 km Fitness- und Jugendlauf (For fitness enthusiasts, U14/U16, part of BBF-Junior Main-Lauf-Cup)
- 14:20 Uhr: 5 km Fitnesslauf (For fitness enthusiasts, walkers, and Nordic walkers)
- 14:50 Uhr: Halbmarathon (Half Marathon, from U18, part of Main-Lauf-Cup)
- 15:15 Uhr: 10-km-Lauf (10 kilometers, from U16, part of Main-Lauf-Cup)
Online pre-registration is open until September 24, 2026, 17:00. On-site registration is possible on the event day up to 30 minutes before each start.
The event is suitable for families, fitness enthusiasts, and ambitious runners, offering a lively stadium atmosphere with moderation and cheering along the route. Award ceremonies will be held promptly in the modern sports hall. Food and drinks will be available, including a grill, cake buffet, and beverage bar.
