Rockland Road Runners Turkey Trot Training Program for The Marisa Fund

Description: Join RRCA Certified Running Coach Gail Cirlin-Lazerus to train for the Rockland Road Runners Turkey Trot! This program is open to everyone; there is no fee for Rockland Road Runners members. The program includes weekly in-person running sessions on Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm, weekly training plans, and opportunities for long runs. In-person training dates: 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, and 11/20. Registration for this program does not include race registration; please sign up separately.
