SYC Rock the Boat 5K
SYC Rock the Boat is a 5K (3.1 mile) Run/Walk near Cozy Harbor on Southport Island, Maine. Southport Yacht Club families, sailing program families and community members are encouraged to participate.
Pick up your race t-shirt and bib on the deck at SYC on Friday, August 1 from 9:00-10:00 am or 3:00-5:00 pm. If you can't make it on Friday, we will have your shirt and bib ready on Saturday morning.
We reserve the right to cancel the race and refund participants if we don't have a minimum of 100 participants. Strollers and babies are welcome. No refunds will be given for any reason. The race will be held regardless of the weather. Please walk or ride bikes to the race as parking is limited. The race will be professionally timed by Randy Easter/Bart Timing of Auburn.
There is an added $10 fee per registration on the day of. Please call 970-389-7885 with questions. Race proceeds will benefit the Southport Junior Yacht Club Sailing Foundation. If you have a coupon, the discounted price won't show until you are ready to pay.
