Rock and Run for Mental Health 2026
Join us for the Rock and Run for Mental Health event on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at Rochester Community Park, 90 Wildrose Ln. in Rochester, Illinois. This event features live music, a 5k race, a 1-mile fun run/walk, food trucks, and wellness vendors, all dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives.

Please note: Runsignup charges a small processing fee. Shirts and medals must be picked up at packet pickup times. Shipping is not available. Registrations after 8/16/26 will not receive a hoodie, and medals are available while supplies last at the finish line. Final hoodie product and graphics may vary.
