Rissen Läuft 2026
The Rissen Läuft event returns to Hamburg on July 5, 2026. Originally started to accommodate children who couldn't get into the HASPA Marathon, this event has grown into a community favorite.

Courses
- Ein Zehntel – Der Kidslauf (A Tenth of a Marathon): Approximately 4.2 km. Designed for children born between 2013 and 2019. Starts at 10:00 AM for the U12 group.
- Zwei Zehntel (Two Tenths): Approximately 8.4 km. For participants aged 12 and older (born 2012 and earlier). Starts at 12:00 PM for the U12 group and later for adults.
Registration
Registration opens on April 20, 2026, at 00:00 AM.
Registration deadline for the kids' run: June 1, 2026.
No registration deadline for the youth and adult run.
Time Limits
- Kids' Run: 45 minutes (gross)
- Youth and Adult Run: 90 minutes (gross)
Course Information
The course is a precisely measured, marked, and secured loop suitable for young runners, known as the 'große Waldrunde' (large forest loop). The kids' run covers this loop once (4.2 km), while the 'Zwei Zehntel' covers it twice (8.4 km).
Awards
Awards are given based on age groups (male and female). There is also a special award for the best costume.
