Welcome to the Red Feather Trail Jamboree!
This is a three-day trail running weekend designed by trail runners for trail runners, set in the beautiful Red Feather Lakes region of Northern Colorado. Experience the clean air and wild spaces while exploring new trails on private land at the Ben Delatour Scout Camp and surrounding National Forest. The courses are crafted to be challenging yet beginner-friendly, featuring miles through forests, fields, and streams, with varied terrain including singletrack and dirt roads.
Facilities include campgrounds, cabins, community meals in the dining hall, and an on-site shower house, making it a fun, family-friendly weekend outing. You can choose to run one event, two, or challenge yourself with the 95-mile 3-day combination.
Courses and Distances:
- 50 Mile: 50 Miles with 8,500' gain. Minimum/Maximum Elevation: 7,350' / 10,828'. Time Allowance: 16 Hours.
- 50K: 50 Kilometers with 4,200' gain. Minimum/Maximum Elevation: 7,350' / 8,500'. Time Allowance: 11 Hours.
- Half Marathon: 13.1 Miles with 1,700' gain. Minimum/Maximum Elevation: 7,350' / 8,500'. Time Allowance: 6 Hours.
- 3-Day Challenge: Approximately 94 Miles total.
Event Details:
- Location: Ben Delatour Scout Ranch, Red Feather Lakes, Colorado
- Dates: September 25-27, 2026
- Start Times: Friday 6:00 AM (50 Mile), Saturday 7:00 AM (50K), Sunday 8:30 AM (Half Marathon)
- Terrain: 70-80% singletrack, 20-30% dirt road.
- Fauna: Expect to see Moose, raptors, elk, mule deer, black bears, and mountain lions.
- Registration Caps: 500 total participants.
Race Fees and Registration:
Various pricing tiers are available from December 15th through September 24th. Packet pickup registration fees are higher.
- 50 Mile Race Fees: $130 - $150 - $160 (Registration), $180 (Packet Pickup)
- 50K Race Fees: $120 - $140 - $150 (Registration), $160 (Packet Pickup)
- Half Marathon Race Fees: $90 - $100 - $110 (Registration), $125 (Packet Pickup)
- 3-Day Challenge Race Fees: $280 - $300 - $340 (Registration), $370 (Packet Pickup)
Kids Race: FREE, 1 mile, Sunday at 11:30 AM.

Policies:
- Waiting List: Available if the race fills.
- Transfer Credit & Distance Change: Credits are available up to certain deadlines (e.g., 100% until April 30th). Distance switches are possible through RunSignup.
- Cancellation Policy: Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable except via the waitlist. No refunds or credits in case of cancellation due to extreme circumstances.
Aid Stations & Course Information:
Detailed aid station locations, mile splits, total gain/descent, and cut-off times are provided for each course. Aid stations will stock Gnarly Fuel2O, water, salty snacks, fruit, cookies, candy, and soda. GF/Vegan alternatives are available upon request.

- Friday (9/25): 50 Mile Race Start (6:00 AM), Post-Race Meal Opens (2:00 PM), Finish Cut-Off (10:00 PM)
- Saturday (9/26): 50K Race Start (7:00 AM), Post-Race Meal Opens (11:30 AM), Finish Cut-Off (6:00 PM)
- Sunday (9/27): Half Marathon Race Start (8:30 AM), Kids Race (11:30 AM), Finish Cut-Off (2:30 PM)
Parking & Directions:
Parking is available at Ben Delatour Scout Ranch on a first-come, first-serve basis. Carpooling is highly encouraged due to limited parking. Driving directions to the main address (2331 County Rd 68C, Red Feather Lakes, CO 80545) are provided, with a note about limited cell coverage.
