Race for Life Walsall 10K
Race for Life Walsall 10K takes place at Walsall Arboretum, Broadway North, Walsall, WS1 2QB. This event is organised by Cancer Research UK and offers multiple route lengths, including a 10K which is two laps of the 5K course. The start and finish are on the main field adjacent to the car park.
The course surface is a mixture of tarmacked paths, woodland trails and grass fields. In wet weather, the grass and some sections of the route may become soft or muddy. Narrow sections on the course could cause congestion.
Travel and Parking
Event parking is available within the Arboretum via the main entrance off Broadway North. A drop off point is provided, and blue badge parking is available close to the event site on the hard standing car park. The event site is approximately a 500 m walk from the car park.
The nearest bus stop is Broadway North (10 minute walk), and the nearest train station is Walsall (approximately 2 miles away).
Facilities
Facilities include refreshments, toilets, allowance for dogs, suitability for pushchairs, and wheelchair access with assistance.
