Race for Life Pretty Muddy Wirral
A 5 km muddy obstacle course at Birkenhead Park featuring climbing, crawling and sliding. Organised by Cancer Research UK, the event uses staggered wave starts and requires participants to be 13 or older.

- The event is not wheelchair accessible. It is not suitable for pushchairs. Dogs are not allowed.
- Bag drop and showers are not available. There are no electric vehicle charging points or bike racks.
Travel and meeting point:
- The start and finish are located on the field behind the Birkenhead Sea Cadets; what3words location is club.shed.plank.
- There is no designated event parking; limited on-street parking surrounds the park. Ashville Road is closed as it forms part of the route.
- Birkenhead Park train station is about 0.5 miles away, an approximate 15-minute walk. Several local bus routes serve the park.
Organisation and costs:
The event is organised by Cancer Research UK. Earlybird prices shown are £11.24 for adults and £6.00 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies.

A fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training support and a Race for Life medal at the finish.
