Race for Life Pretty Muddy London - Beckenham Place Park
This event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held within Beckenham Place Park in London. The course runs on a mixture of grass and paths and includes steep inclines and undulating areas. Participants will encounter mud obstacles that involve climbing, crawling and sliding.
Start and finish lines are on the open grass area near Beckenham Place Mansion, with the finish opposite the start. Wave start times are staggered every 15 minutes to manage course flow.
Participants must be at least 13 years old. Pretty Muddy Kids events are available separately for younger children. The event is organised by Cancer Research UK and has a minimum fundraising target of £50.
On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets, bag drop and space for dogs. The site is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for pushchairs; showers are not available. There is no parking at the venue but residential road parking options exist and blue badge parking is accessed via the Beckenham Hill Road entrance. Public transport options include the number 54 bus at Highland Croft and Beckenham Hill train station about 0.5 miles away. Cycle parking is available near the café courtyard.
