Race for Life Pretty Muddy Brighton 5k
Get ready for an unforgettable day out as you climb, crawl and slide your way around the Pretty Muddy® 5k obstacle course! Sign up as a group with friends and family, or go solo and join hundreds of people on the day.
There's no pressure to finish in a certain time, so take it your own pace, get muddy and enjoy the atmosphere. However you take part, you're helping to beat cancer.

Course information
The start and finish are on grass. The course is in fields and woodland and comes with challenging cross-country terrain. There are some steep inclines to challenge you.
Event details
Waves start every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course; groups should book the same wave. The event is open to participants aged 13 and over. Accessible parking is available.
Travel information
By Car: Accessible parking for Blue Badge holders is available inside the park in Lower Lodges Car Park West, off Stoney Mere Way.
Public Transport and Pedestrians: Pedestrians can enter via the main entrance on Stony Mere Way. Bus services include the Route 78 to Stanmer Park Gates and buses 25 and 28 at nearby stops. Falmer station is about an eight minute walk.

Accessibility
Due to the nature of the event it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Sunflower wristbands are available, and Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends. A QR code will be available on the main event site to access British Sign Language stage content.
