The 10k course is a double lap on tarmac and is flat throughout. The start and finish are on a mixture of grass and hardstanding. Small sections of the course cross the racetrack, where the ground can be slightly uneven. The event is chip timed. The meeting point is in the centre of the racecourse; participants should follow signs and stewards on arrival. Public transport options include local buses to Staines Road East (290, 235) and Kempton Park train station, which is located in the venue car park. There is free parking in the main car park, including designated Blue Badge bays and a drop off point. Bike racks are available.
Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, bag drop and showers. The event is wheelchair accessible with assistance; most of the course is hardstanding but there are short uneven and grass sections near the start and finish. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee, Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends, and a QR code will provide British Sign Language stage content for those who use BSL.
