Race for Life Brighton at Stanmer Park
Race for Life Brighton takes place at Stanmer Park, Lewes Road, Brighton BN1 9SE on Sunday 28 June 2026. The event offers multiple distances and is open to participants aged 16 and over. Entry prices are listed from £11.00 to £17.49 and there is a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.
The start and finish are on grass. The course runs through fields and woodland and features cross‑country terrain with some steep inclines and uneven, potentially muddy or boggy, pathways. Because of the ground and slopes, the event is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs.
Events are chip timed. The meeting point is the field opposite the Lower Lodges EAST Car Park. Blue Badge parking is available inside the park in the Lower Lodges Car Park West. Pedestrian access is via the main entrance on Stony Mere Way. Bus services including the Route 78 stop near Stanmer Park Gates; Falmer station is reachable on foot by an approximately eight minute walk. Cycle parking stands are provided in several car parks and by the Palm House. On‑site accessibility provisions include Sunflower wristbands, Event Managers trained as Dementia Friends, and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
