Race for Life Bournemouth 10k
Cancer Research UK stages a seafront running event at The Seafront, Pier Approach, Bournemouth BH1 2EZ. The event offers the following distances:

- 5k
The start and finish are on hardstanding. The course runs on tarmac paths along the seafront towards Boscombe Pier. The 10k route leaves the 5k route to continue along Boscombe promenade, turns around after 5k and returns to Pier Approach.
Entry is open to people aged 16 and over. Entry fees listed are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children. There is a minimum fundraising target of £50.00. The events are chip timed.
The published meeting point is in front of the Seafront offices by Pier Approach. Organisers advise planning travel and using city centre car parks or public transport where possible; limited parking is noted nearby. Blue Badge parking is available at Bath Road North and Bath Road South. Facilities reported as available include refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed. The event is suitable for pushchairs and is wheelchair accessible with assistance. Facilities not available or suitable include bag drop, showers and on-site parking.
