The start and finish areas are on grass. The 10k course runs on a mixture of grass and tarmac paths within Priory Country Park and is a double lap of the 5k course. The course and event site include tarmac paths around the grass start and finish field.
The published meeting point is the grass field to the right of Cloverdale Café next to the lake. There is a cycle rack outside Cloverdale Café. Two event car parks are available outside the park with walking times of approximately 12 minutes and 20 minutes; one car park requires prebooking and a fee. Blue Badge parking is available in the main Priory Country Park Car Park. There are no electric vehicle charging points at the event.
Facilities on site include refreshments, toilets and parking. Dogs are not allowed. The event is not deemed suitable for wheelchair users due to cross country terrain and mainly grass surfaces that can become boggy in poor weather. Sunflower wristbands and BSL stage content via QR code are available at the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
