- Duathlon (15+): 5 km run, 20.5 km bike, 2.5 km run
- Adult (18+): 400 m swim; 20.5 km bike; 5.1 km run
- Aquathlon (15+): 400 m swim; 5.1 km run
- Junior (16-17): 250 m swim; 12.3 km bike; 5.1 km run
- Youth (14-15): 200 m swim; 8.2 km bike; 2.5 km run
- Minor (12-13): 150 m swim; 4.1 km bike; 1.6 km run
- Novice (10-11): 100 m swim; 4.1 km bike; 1.6 km run
- Rookie (8-9): 50 m swim with aid; 1 km bike; 800 m run
- Tiny Tri (5-7): pool crossing with aid; 125 m bike; 250 m run
Registration for the 2026 season is closed and the event is sold out. Race packages are picked up at Ravensong Pool, 737 Jones Street, Qualicum Beach V9K 1S4.
The event is sanctioned by Triathlon BC. Participants must be Tri BC members or purchase day of event insurance included in the entry fee. Swim heat placement is assigned after registration; registrants are asked to estimate their swim time when signing up.
