41. Pönitzer Volkslauf – Sonntag, den 12. Juli 2026
The 41st Pönitzer Volkslauf will take place on Sunday, July 12, 2026. Online registration is now open!
This event offers a variety of distances for runners, walkers, and Nordic walkers:
- 21.1 km Half Marathon - Start time: 08:30
- 10 km Hauptlauf - Start time: 08:40
- 10 km Walking/Nordic-Walking - Start time: 08:45
- 5 km Jogginglauf - Start time: 08:55
- 5 km Walking/Nordic-Walking - Start time: 09:00
Registration Fees:
€10.00 (Participants 17 years and older)
€7.00 (Participants up to 16 years)
Members of Sportvereinigung Pönitz receive a 50% discount.
All participants will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line. A surprise prize will be raffled. Awards ceremony starts from 11:15 AM.
The event takes place near the coast and the Holstein Switzerland region, offering scenic routes through meadows and fields. The Sportpark will feature entertainment, food, and a lively atmosphere for participants and spectators.

On event day, the race office opens at 7:00 AM for last-minute registrations. On-site registration is possible up to 30 minutes before each start.
