The event will take place on Saturday, 19th October 2024, starting at 8:30 AM. Participants can enjoy a flexible start time within a one-hour window, allowing for a relaxed experience.
Course Information
Runners will navigate a scenic 5.3km out-and-back course along the beautiful river Thames. Whether you complete one lap or push yourself to the limit in the full 7-hour time limit, every participant will receive a bespoke finisher's medal.

Registration is open with prices ranging from £25 to £40 depending on the distance and entry type. Special 'no medal' entry options are also available to keep costs low.
