- Junior 6 – 8, 50-yard swim, 1.5-mile bike and 500-yard run
- Intermediate 9 – 11, 100-yard swim, 3-mile bike and 1K run
- Senior 12 – 14, 200-yard swim, 6-mile bike and 2K run
