5th Annual Peace Office Memorial Endurance Ruck
This endurance event is designed for all ages and fitness levels, allowing participants to rest and recharge as needed. Each registrant will have a designated space for canopies, chairs, coolers, and other items.
Event Schedule:
- 5k Trail Ruck: Starts at 9:00 AM, expected completion by 9:50 AM.
- Endurance Ruck: Starts at 10:00 AM.
Course Details:
The course is a 1-mile loop, mostly unpaved, with participants passing through the Start/Finish line multiple times. The 5k Trail Ruck requires completing three 1-mile laps, totaling just under 5k.
Rucksack Requirement: Participants for both the 5k and Endurance Ruck are expected to bring their own rucksack (backpack) loaded with 10% of their body weight.
