Event Details
Night Owl races are offered twice a year, and this year is our 6th! Join us for a wonderful night of running on June 7, 2025. Here’s what you need to know:
- Location: Caesar Creek State Park, Waynesville, OH
- Distances: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K
- Registration closes: Tue, Jun 3 @ 11:59PM CT
- A cupless race — please bring a collapsible cup!
Courses and Aid Stations
The course features a beautiful single track trail around Caesar Creek Lake with varying start times to allow participants to spread out and enjoy the gorgeous sunset. Mandatory gear includes a headlamp or waist light, a water bottle, collapsible cup, and a fully charged cell phone.
There will be four aid stations along the course with water, Tailwind, snacks, and warm food options, including vegan options.
Awards
Finishers will receive glow-in-the-dark owl medals, and awards are given for top finishers in each gender.

Empower Ultras is a women-owned company dedicated to inclusivity. Runners of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities are welcome!

- Marathon: $103.43 ($115.32 after Feb 28)
- Half Marathon: $92.81 ($103.43 after Feb 28)
- 10K: $66.25 ($76.87 after Feb 28)
