Moors Valley Wildwood Trail Series Half Marathon & 10K
The Moors Valley Wildwood Trail Series stages a half marathon and a 10K within Moors Valley Country Park and Forest in Dorset. The routes use the park's gravel paths and woodland trails and include muddy sections, some inclines and woodland scenery where local wildlife may be visible.
Route Options:
- Half Marathon Trail: 2 Laps
- 10K Trail: 1 Lap
The event course is fully marked and supported by marshalls. Aid stations are provided along the route and the event uses chip timing with online results. Event photography is available. Canicross places are offered in limited numbers and dogs may run in the designated canicross option. Push buggies are not permitted. Age limits apply: runners must be 15 years or older for the 10K and 17 years or older for the half marathon.

- Registration: 8:30am
- Half Marathon Start Time: 10:00am
- 10K Start Time: 10:30am
- Cut off: 2:00pm

Parking:
There is ample parking at Moors Valley Country Park & Forest, where participants are required to pay.
By Train:
If you’re planning to arrive by train, please note that there are no direct train routes to Moors Valley Country Park & Forest. The nearest station is Hinton Admiral, located approximately 6.7 miles away.
