Minninglow March 2026
The Minninglow March is a circular, self-navigation event starting and finishing in the village of Parwich, Derbyshire Dales. The route covers approximately 17 miles with 2,000 ft of elevation, following public rights of way, trails, and open access land. Participants must be proficient in using a GPX navigation system or a physical map and compass.
The Quest: Collect and deliver cards from two points of interest on the route for a chance at spot prizes.
Aid Stations: Three aid stations will be available along the route, providing light refreshments including water, sweets, crisps, and REAL COCA COLA. Locations are at approximately 3.5 miles, 9.4 miles, and 14 miles.
Pace & Cut-off: The overall cut-off time is six hours, requiring an average pace of around three miles per hour over varied terrain. Both runners and fast walkers are welcome.

Mandatory kit must be carried by all participants. Dogs are not permitted.
The event is held under UK Athletics Rules with a TRA license number to be confirmed.
