Melsunger Adventslauf
The Melsunger Adventslauf “Rund um die Koppe” was established in 1970 and remains a popular event for runners from all over Germany. It also counts as a qualifying race for the Schwalm-Eder-Laufcup (SELC).
For children and youth, running routes of 1.2 and 1.6 km are offered, some of which are asphalted. For other participants, there is a 5 km loop around the Koppe through the Melsungen town forest. Those running the 10 km course will complete this loop twice.
