Event Details
The Marunouchi Ekiden 2025, an ASICS Virtual EKIDEN, enables team members to participate virtually leading up to the live event on March 1, 2025. The event is recorded through the ASICS Runkeeper app and is available to all, regardless of whether you plan to compete in the actual race or not. It's a great way to engage in pre-race training and create team spirit.
Participation Rules
During the event period, teams must complete the designated distance they have entered. All teammates can run at their convenience without needing to gather at the same time.
Event Distance
Each participant runs 2 km for a total of 5 segments, making a combined distance of 10 km per team.
Fees
Participation is free.
Finisher Incentive
All team members who complete the race will receive a 15% off coupon for the ASICS online store, sent via email after the event concludes in mid-March 2025.
How to Participate
- Download the ASICS Runkeeper app.
- After the team captain completes the entry, they can send an invitation link to team members via SMS or email.
- Select the race from 'Challenges' in the ASICS Runkeeper app and begin your run within the event period.
- Records will update automatically upon saving your run.
- All members must finish their 2 km to officially complete the race as a team.
