Athlete Check-In Time Options
- Friday, July 17, 5:00 p.m.-7:00p.m.
- Saturday, July 18, 6:15 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Pre-Race Talk
Friday, July 17 at 6:00 p.m. at War Memorial Park in front of the stage and main pavilion.
Schedule of Events
Friday, July 17
- 5:00 PM - Athlete Check-In Opens
- 6:00 PM - Pre-Race Course Talk*
- 7:00 PM - Athlete Check-In Closes
Saturday, July 18
- 6:15 AM - Athlete Check In, Transition Area, Bike Racking and Body Marking Opens.
- 7:00 AM - Transition area closes, all athletes to pool deck
- 7:15 AM - Mandatory Pre-Race Talk on pool deck.
- 7:30 AM - Roads on route close and will not re-open until the last cyclist has started his/her final lap of the bike course.
- 7:30 AM - Sprint Race Starts on pool deck. This is a time trial start. Once the Sprint participants have all started, the Super Sprint will immediately follow.
- Award Ceremony immediately after the event.

Swim Course
The swim will take place in the 25-yard, six lane, outdoor pool. This will be a time trial start with Sprint starting first, followed by Super Sprint. All starts will be in-water from the shallow end of the pool. Triathletes will complete a "snake swim" in the pool. Flip turns are not allowed. Triathletes will exit the pool and must walk while on the pool deck until they pass through the pool gate to the transition area.
- Sprint swim: 300 yds
- Super Sprint swim: 150 yds
Bike Course
The bike course is NOT closed to vehicle traffic. Police will be controlling traffic and course marshals will be directing participants.
- Sprint bike: 12 Miles
- Super Sprint bike: 6 Miles
Run Course
All turns will be clearly marked and staffed with course marshals.
- Sprint run: 5K
- Super Sprint run: 2.5K
Finisher Medals & Awards
All participants will receive a finisher medal at the finish line. Awards will be given for Sprint & Super Sprint (Top Finisher by gender, Age Groups), Aquabike/Duathlon (Top Finisher by gender), and Relay (All Male, All Female, Co-ed).
