Luisenturmlauf Borgholzhausen
Since over 50 years, the Luisenturmlauf attracts numerous running enthusiasts from near and far. Lovingly called "Luise" by its fans, it has long been a fixed date in the running calendar, representing tradition, passion, and sporting challenge.
The demanding course starts and ends in our Ravensberger Stadion in Borgholzhausen. From there, it leads over roads into the green and onto picturesque forest paths into the Teutoburg Forest. The highest point is the distinctive Luisenturm – the race's landmark and a test for all who take on the challenge.
One thing is certain: Luise is not a walk in the park. It challenges you – and ultimately gives you the unique feeling of being part of this special tradition!
Competitions
The Luisenturmlauf offers four different demanding competitions for various performance levels:- Half Marathon (21.1 km) – the full challenge
- Volkslauf (12.5 km) – Classic with tradition
- Volkslauf – Youth (12.5 km) – for young talents
- Walking (12.5 km) – active & relaxed
