LifeAct's Move for Mental Health 5K Run
Join LifeAct for our 3rd Annual Move for Mental Health 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk —a fun, family-friendly event that brings the community together for an important cause: preventing teen suicide.
Held at the beautiful Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, this unique event gives participants the opportunity to walk or run through the Zoo while supporting youth mental health education in Northeast Ohio.
Your registration includes:
- Full-day Zoo admission after the race
- A t-shirt
- Access to our Wellness Community Resources Fair

- 5K Timed: 8:30AM EDT, $30 (Price increases after August 7, 2025 at 12:00am EDT)
- 1 Mile Walk: 8:45AM EDT, $30 (Price increases after August 7, 2025 at 12:00am EDT)
- Cheerleader: 9:00AM EDT, $12 (Registration ends September 7, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT)
RaceDay Timeline:
- 7:30 A.M: Registration & Packet Pick-Up begins
- 8:30 A.M: 5K Run/Walk
- 8:45 A.M: 1 Mile Walk
- 9:30 A.M: Awards Ceremony
