Life-Run Benefizlauf der Berliner Aids-Hilfe
The 17th Life-Run will take place on September 6, 2026, in Berlin. Participants can choose between a 5 km or 10 km run. For those who prefer not to run, there's an option to complete the 5 km or 10 km distances by bicycle, with timing available for cyclists as well. The event starts and finishes at the new location: Eingang Tempelhof/SBhf, 12101 Berlin.
Every participant will receive a certificate and the popular Life-Run medal. Additionally, there will be a raffle with great prizes.

*Late registrations are possible on the day of the event at the start in THF in limited numbers. We ask for your understanding that late registrants cannot participate in the raffle.
What happens with the entry fees? All entry fees flow into the work and projects of Berliner Aids-Hilfe e.V.
Schedule:
- Arrival: Bib pickup opens from 10:30 AM.
- Location: Main entrance Tempelhofer Damm, near Sbhf Tempelhof*.
- Start: From 12:00 PM in start blocks for cyclists and runners.
- Time Limit: 1:30 hours, aiming for all participants to finish by approx. 1:30 PM.
- Raffle: Starts after all participants have finished.
- End: Approx. 2:00 PM. Dismantling until approx. 2:30 PM.
Logistics:
- Bib Pickup: Available from approx. 10:30 AM. Group bibs will be handed out together.
- Late Registration: Limited availability (+5€ late fee). Late registrants cannot participate in the raffle.
- Changing, Showers, Toilets, Luggage Storage: Backpacks and bags can be checked (no liability). Luggage tags are provided. Please pick up luggage by 2:00 PM. Toilets are available on-site. There are no changing rooms or showers.
Getting There:
- Public Transport: S-Bahn (Ringbahn) or U6 to Tempelhof station, then use the main entrance to the former airport at Tempelhofer Damm.
- Bus 104: To station Columbiadamm/Friedhöfe (approx. 2.5 km walk across the field).
- U8: U-Bhf. Boddinstraße (approx. 3 km walk to the main entrance Orloyestraße).
*Location Note: Due to construction at our usual start/finish, the start/finish and course have been relocated this year.
