Lets Run Rhyl 5 Mile & 10 Mile
Lets Run Rhyl is a road running event set in Rhyl on the North Wales coast. The event stages two races on a largely flat course that runs mostly on paths and the promenade. Organisers note a route update: ongoing sea defence works mean this edition will be held in February 2027, date to be confirmed. The race has previously hosted regional and national 10 mile championships and inter counties events.
Distances
- 5 mile
- 10 mile
Race logistics include on-course drink stations at approximately every three miles and at the finish. Number and chip collection is handled at race headquarters. Toilets are located near the start and finish; there are no dedicated changing rooms but car parking is adjacent to the start/finish area. Free parking is available on the promenade; Sat Nav LL22 7PQ. First aid cover is provided by a professional medical team with stations at the start, the finish and on course; runners are asked to complete medical history information on their race number. If a runner withdraws they should notify a marshal and return their timing chip to race headquarters. Baggage may be left at the designated area next to race headquarters but valuables are discouraged. Road closures are not in place for this event. Headphones are not permitted except bone conducting models. Results will be published by the organiser later in the day.
