- Kinderlauf (Children's Run): 500 m, Start: 19:45 Uhr. For all ages, without timekeeping.
- 5 km Course: Start: 20:05 Uhr. For ages 2017 and older. Runs along the longest promenade on the Baltic coast.
- 10 km Course: Start: 20:00 Uhr. For ages 2007 and older. Runs along the longest promenade of the Baltic coast and towards the cliff coast to Heiligendamm and back.
