Krkonošská 50 Trail
The Krkonošská 50 Trail will take place in Špindlerův Mlýn on Saturday 1 August 2026. This is the 12th edition of the race.
Race Details
- Date: Saturday, August 1, 2026
- Location: Špindlerův Mlýn, Svatý Petr area
- Distance: 50 km with 1,784 m elevation gain. Limited to 300 participants.
- Aid Stations: Located at 13 km, 18 km, 27 km, 33 km, 39 km, and at the finish line.
- Categories: Overall male and female winners, plus 10 age categories for men (18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) and women (18-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55+).

Registration and Fees
- Entry Fee: 1000 Kč for the 50 km race when registering online in advance.
Important Rules
- Waste Disposal: Littering is prohibited except at aid stations.
- Reporting Incidents: Report any accident to the nearest checkpoint.
- Parking: Use municipal parking lots; access to the ski resort area is prohibited.
- Mobile Phone: A charged and functional mobile phone is mandatory for all participants.
- Route Marking: Trails are marked with black arrows on a yellow background, primarily at junctions and turn-offs.
- Route Changes: Switching from the long to the short course is permitted after reporting to the checkpoint at Svatý Petr – Horal Hotel.

- 7:00: Race office opens. Registration closes 30 minutes before the start.
- 9:00: Start of the 50 km race (mass start).
- 17:00: Award ceremony for the 50 km race.
