Kraftsolmser Dorflauf
The 7th Kraftsolmser Dorflauf took place on July 7, 2024, in Waldsolms, Germany. The event featured new records for the 5.4 km course. Over 130 participants competed.
Race Details:
- 10.4 km Race: Winner David Stahl (45:41), followed by Benedikt Emrich (47:53) and Heinz Dankers (51:20). For women, Susanne Heinbach (46:24) won, with Silke Laun (49:21) and Cornelia Veith (1:22:52) taking second and third.
- 5.4 km Race: Winner Nico Debus (18:51) set a new course record. Jan-Niklas Diehl (20:57), Luca Auriga (23:04), and Pascal Hommel (23:04) followed. Sonja Behrens (23:13) won the women's race, also setting a new course record, surpassing the 2017 record. Marleen Depalma (26:15) and Lena Kaiser (26:25) were second and third.
- Youth U14: Moritz Meiser (27:05) and Keke Laun (27:39) showed strong performances.
- Nordic Walking / Walking (5.4 km): Michael Welsch (38:29) was the overall winner. Dieter Mötz (M80) won in his age group (45:11). Susanne Koch (43:46) was the fastest woman.
- Bambinilauf (Children's Run): A non-timed event for children.
The SG 2010 Waldsolms had the largest participation with 45 runners. The S.M.B Stahlexperten team had 9 participants.
The oldest participant was Dieter Mötz (M80).
