Kirchertlauf Nürtingen
The Kirchertlauf Nürtingen will take place in Nürtingen on Saturday 3 October 2026. This event is part of a running event through the Kirchert recreational area.
Races
There are three races available for all skill levels:
- 10 km Hauptlauf: A 10 km race with 46 meters of elevation gain, starting at 10:00 AM. The course follows forest paths, with a mix of paved and unpaved sections, and includes a steep 300m uphill finish.
- 5 km Nordic Walking/Jedermann-Lauf: A 5 km race starting at 10:15 AM, suitable for Nordic Walking and general participation. The course runs along the edge of the forest and through scenic areas.
- 3 km Schülerlauf: A 3 km race with 46 meters of elevation gain, starting at 10:20 AM, designed for younger participants. It mostly uses footpaths and forest trails.
Event Details
Start/Finish: Sportanlage Waldheim, Nürtingen-Rossdorf. All races start and end at the same location.
Course: Paved and forest paths through the Kirchert recreational area. The courses are mostly circular with slight inclines. Every kilometer is marked.
Refreshments: A refreshment and drink station is available at the start/finish area. Coffee and cake will be served after the run on a donation basis.
Facilities: Changing rooms and showers are available at the start/finish area. Medical support will be present.
