Route:
- Start: Stachelpeterweg / Mitterweg in Bernau (537 m ü. NN)
- Changeover: Hintergschwendt (821 m ü. NN)
- Finish: Steinlingalm (1,452 m ü. NN)
- 1st Leg: Bernau – Hintergschwendt, 5.36 km with 301 meters of elevation gain (moderate mountain run)
- 2nd Leg: Hintergschwendt – Steinlingalm, 3.80 km with 631 meters of elevation gain (difficult mountain run)
Classification / Competition:
Age classes are based on the sum of the runners' ages. Various categories for men, women, and mixed teams are available. Youth category also possible for mixed teams. Participants born 2010 or earlier are eligible. Competition is based on the total age of the team with intermediate and final times recorded.
Clothing Transport:
- Bernau to Hintergschwendt: Departs from the sports hall at 18:30
- Hintergschwendt to Steinlingalm: Departs at 19:00

Entry Fee:
- €18.00 per runner until July 21, 2026, 18:00
- €22.00 for late registration on-site or re-registration
- Free for SLV Bernau club members
- €5.00 for youth members (under 18) of Bernau clubs

On the event day from 17:00 at the TSV Bernau sports club, Buchenstraße 21, 83233 Bernau am Chiemsee. Individual starters can also form teams here. Single participation is allowed but only for best time classification over one leg.
Partner search: If you need a running partner, please select "Ich bin noch ohne Team" in the online registration form. Partner assignments will be made in order of registration. You will be informed by email if a match is successful.
Award Ceremony:
From approx. 21:30 at the TSV Bernau sports club, Buchenstraße 21.

SLV Bernau is not liable for personal or material damage. Participation is recommended only for trained and healthy runners and is at your own risk. By registering and participating, you acknowledge the waiver of liability from the organizer. This applies to accidents and lost items. By receiving the bib, you confirm that there are no health concerns preventing your participation. You also agree to the use of images and interviews for promotional purposes without compensation. No refunds for withdrawal, event cancellation due to force majeure after 18:00 on the event day, or abandonment due to exhaustion or injury. Ski poles and spikes are not allowed. Changes reserved, legal recourse excluded.
