Run Free. Run Proud. Celebrate America’s independence with the July 4th Freedom Run — where every stride honors liberty, courage, and the spirit of freedom. Whether you walk, jog, or race your heart out, come together to move for what unites us all.
Overview:
- Run will sell-out QUICK! Waves will close off as they fill up. Virtual run or waitlist options available if waves are sold out.
- Smaller, private group run with a cap per wave. All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome.
- No equipment or setup required; a pure run with coordinators to support you in a warm, stress-free setting.
Timing:
- Timing is Optional: Track your time on an app (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run, etc) and submit times online, or ask coordinators for assistance.
- No timing chips.

Packet Pickup: No hassle required. Swag shipped direct to your US address. Race bibs provided on race day.
Wave Times:
- Wave A: 7:30 AM
- Wave B: 8:00 AM
- Wave C: 8:30 AM
- Late runners can run upon arrival. Coordinators stay 3 hours after the first wave.
Virtual Run Option: Includes a Training Pack with Digital Tools. Can be done any time/place. Submit results to [email protected] to receive a medal.
Charity Initiatives: $1 donated for every mile logged after the race to partner charities (Fundraising is Optional).
