Ingelheimer Polderlauf
The Ingelheimer Polderlauf will take place in Ingelheim am Rhein on Saturday, October 3, 2026. It features various running categories for all age groups, from Bambini to long-distance runners.
The Races
- Bambinilauf: 400 m
- Kinderlauf: 800 m
- Jugendlauf: 2 km
- Hauptlauf: 5 km (also possible as a walk)
- Hauptlauf: 10 km
Registration information will be announced in August 2026. The designated charity recipient for the 14th Polderlauf will also be announced soon.
