About the race
The In Flanders Fields Trail is a running event in Ieper on Sunday, March 28, 2027. You can choose from 4 different distances: 8km, 14km, 23km, and 32km. A 42km distance is also available for the 5th edition. The course is set in a beautiful wooded area with over 80% unpaved paths. Depending on the distance, there are 1 or more aid stations provided along the way.
Per participant, €1 goes to Natuur&Bos, and a portion of the proceeds also goes to various charities.

Start and finish: Fenix Ieper, Leopold III laan 16, Ieper
Showers and ample parking are available.
Ticket Prices:
- 8 km - 14€ - start 10:30
- 14 km - 14€ - start 10:15
- 23 km - 18€ - start 9:45
- 32 km - 18€ - start 9:30
- 42 km - 21€ - start 9:30
The course is fully marked, with ample aid stations.
Cancellation is possible until January 25, 2026. Those who cancel will receive a voucher for the next edition and their spot will be passed to the next person on the waiting list.
The organization is not responsible for theft or accidents before, during, or after the event. Participation requires good health; a preventive medical examination is recommended.
This is a cup-free organization. Please bring your own cup or bottle, or purchase a foldable cup during registration or at the start (€5).
