Hot to Trot 5K
Join us for the Annual Hot to Trot 5K on Saturday, July 25, 2026. This race grows bigger each year, so don’t miss out on all the fun. It’s a mostly flat family-friendly course, a perfect route for seasoned runners looking to PR, for the casual runner that’s in no rush, and for the entire family to take a walk before the day gets too hot!
Every registrant will receive a cool performance-wicking t-shirt, breakfast, and maybe even a medal? Awards are given out to top runners, but the biggest hit of the day is our awesome t-shirts! In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt register by Thursday, July 9th.

Awards
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd for Overall Male and Female
- 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners for Male and Female Age Groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
The race starts promptly at 8:00AM, with registration beginning at 7:00AM. Rain or shine!
Online Registration closes at 6:00 PM on 7/24/2026. We would still love to have you run! Day-of registration opens at the Upton VFW from 7AM - 7:30AM on 7/25/2026.
