HOPE's 15th Annual Sham Rock N Run 5k
This event includes a 5k run, a virtual 5k, Snooze for HOPE, and a FREE Lil' Leprechaun Lap for children under 10. The in-person race will be held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Oviedo, Florida on Saturday, March 14, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM EDT. Registration opens at 7:00 AM. The first 700 registrants receive a performance t-shirt, finisher's medal, and custom race bib. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes and largest team. All participants receive a race bag with event t-shirt and 5k swag. Children in strollers are welcome (start at the back). Parking is available on-site. No skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals are allowed on the course. Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in various age categories. All proceeds benefit HOPE Helps, Inc. to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida.

- Virtual 5k: $40, Registration opens May 26, 2025 at 12:00 AM EDT.
- Snooze for HOPE: $40, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM EDT, Registration opens May 26, 2025 at 12:00 AM EDT.
- FREE Lil' Leprechaun Lap (for children under 10): $0, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM EDT, Registration opens May 26, 2025 at 12:00 AM EDT.

If not present on race day, shirts and medals can be picked up at HOPE Helps (812 Eyrie Drive, Oviedo, FL 32765) from March 16th-20th, 2026, or mailed for an additional $5.
