Hohenlockstedter Pellkartoffellauf
The Hohenlockstedter Pellkartoffellauf is an annual running event for the whole family, held in Hohenlockstedt. Since 2002, it has invited all running enthusiasts and families to the Pohl-Boskamp grounds. With distances of 2.8 km, 5 km, and 10 km, there's a suitable route for everyone. Children can enjoy special Bambini runs, and the varied supporting program ensures a good mood for everyone.
Race Details:
- 2.8 km Run: For participants born 2020 and later. Start: 13:00. Awards from 14:15.
- 5.0 km Run: For participants born 2018 and later. Includes a 5,000 m (Nordic) Walking option for those born 2014 and later. Start: 14:00. Awards from 16:00.
- 10.0 km Run: For participants born 2014 and later. Start: 15:30. Awards from 17:00.
- Bambini-Läufe (Children's Runs): Specifically designed for children and primary school students, promoting early childhood enjoyment of movement. Includes medal awards and surprises. Times start at 11:30 for bib distribution and 12:00 for the 2x approx. 500 m runs. Free Schnupperlauf (taster run) without prior registration.
Family-Friendly Supporting Program:
A food mile, children's games, a prize wheel, and raffles offer entertainment for the whole family. The annual program related to the potato starts on Friday.

- 26/09/2026: Pellkartoffellauf by TSV LOLA e.V. 12:00 Bambini-Läufe (registration from 11:30). 13:00: 2.8 km Run. 14:00: 5.0 km Run. 15:30: 10.0 km Run. From 11:00 - Food & Game Mile. Location: Pohl Boskamp (outdoor area).
- 27/09/2026: 10:00-17:00 - Children's Play Mile, Farmers' & Crafts Market, Stage Program. Harvest Parade from 11:30. Location: Hohenlockstedt Penny parking lot, Netto parking lot, Breite Straße, Marktplatz.

Event Facts:
- Online Registration Deadline: 24.09.2026 at 15:30
- Medals: For all finishers immediately after crossing the finish line.
- Costs + Start Fees: Adults €10.00, Children + Youth €4.00, School Class Participants €3.50. Late registration Adults €14.00, Late registration Children + Youth €8.00.
- Late Registrations: Possible on the event day up to 45 minutes before the respective race start, if start numbers are available.
- Bib Number Pickup: From 11:00 on the start/finish area.
- Runner Refreshments: Drinks provided on the 10 km course. Fruit and drinks available for all participants in the finish area.
- Sponsor Prize Raffles: Held after the award ceremonies for the 2.8 km and 10 km races, for present participants.
