Herbstlauf TuS Ofen
Join us for the 35th Herbstlauf TuS Ofen on October 3, 2026, in Bad Zwischenahn. This event is designed for the whole family, offering a variety of distances to suit everyone. Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking for a fun walk, there's a course for you.
Race Details:

- Location: Sportplatz des TuS Ofen e.V., Rudolf-Kinau-Weg, 26160 Ofen (near Bad Zwischenahn)
- Event Approval: Approved by the DLV (German Athletics Association)
Available Courses:
- 800m Kinderlauf (Children's Run) - For children born 2016 and younger.
- 3 km Schülerlauf (Youth Run) - For students up to JG 2011.
- 5 km Walking/Nordic Walking
- 5 km Jedermannlauf (Open Run) - DLV measured.
- 10 km EDEKA-Böse-Lauf (Main Race) - DLV measured.
Registration and Fees:
Online registration is open until October 1, 2026, 8:00 PM via www.laufmanager.net. In-person registration is available at Sport Reckemeier in Oldenburg starting August 15.

Payment can be made via SEPA direct debit or bank transfer. Late registrations are accepted up to 1 hour before the start of each race on event day.
