Halloween Run
The Halloween Run is held at Northampton Active, Bedford Rd, Northampton NN4 7AA. The event is organised as a six hour challenge in which participants may complete distances from 5k up to ultra marathon. Runners may begin a final lap up to 5:59:59 even if they finish after six hours.
The course uses laps of 4.37 miles with a 5k turn point. Distances are structured around the laps as follows:
- 5k
- 10k: two 5k laps
- Half marathon: three 5k laps
- Marathon: six 5k laps
- Ultra marathon: seven 5k laps and above
- Six hour challenge
At the end of each lap there will be an aid table offering water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of food. The venue provides toilet facilities but no separate changing rooms or showers. There is parking at the venue; participants are encouraged to consider car sharing.
Event instructions will be sent to participants by email seven days before the event. Number pick up takes place at registration on the morning of the event. A bag drop area will be available at the start/finish but it is not secure. The event takes place on public footpaths and is run under TRA licence and UKA Athletics rules. Maximum distances by age follow the published UKA limits. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Aid table: At the end of each lap there'll be a aid table with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of different food.
Toilet facilities: The venue has toilets available for runners, but there are no separate changing facilities or showers.
Parking: There is plenty of parking at the venue, please car share where possible.
Event instructions and Numbers: Event instructions will be sent out to participants 7 days before the event via email. Number pick up will be from registration on the morning of event day. There will be somewhere to leave a bag at the start/finish area. However, this is not a secure bag area and the items cannot be watched at all times so please do not leave anything valuable.
The run is licensed by the TRA and run under UKA Athletics rules.
