Grafelder Volkslauf - 2026
The Grafelder Volkslauf will take place in Grafeld on Saturday, July 18, 2026. Numerous runners are expected, following the motto 'Run and stay fit'.
Courses:
- Schülerlauf: 2.2 km, Startgebühr: 3.00 €, Startzeit: 14:30 Uhr
- Jedermannlauf: 5.9 km, Startgebühr: 6.00 €, Startzeit: 15:30 Uhr
- Hauptlauf (Sparkassen Cup): 11.8 km, Startgebühr: 8.00 €, Startzeit: 15:30 Uhr
The routes for the Jedermannlauf and Hauptlauf go from the sports field through Grafeld, with a longer climb towards 'Knurrefehn', offering a great view of the Emsland region.

Registration: Online only via www.laufen-os.de until July 17, 2026, 12:00 PM. No late registrations on the event day.
Number pickup: On the event day at the location.
