Get the Hull Out of Here Summer Edition
Get the Hull Out of Here Summer Edition is a trail running event organised by Its Grim Up North Running and based at Pelican Park Recreation Ground, Lambwath Road, Hull HU8 0EE. The course follows the TransPennine Trail and the Hornsea Rail Trail, running out of the city into the surrounding countryside on a flat, even surface with good trail terrain.
The event offers multiple distance options and uses marshals and signage on course. Feed and drink stations are provided approximately every three miles and the event aims to be cup-less, so participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and additional treats.
Additional details and event procedures are provided online by the organiser. The races are licensed by the Trail Running Association under UKA rules. Parking is available in the club grounds for a fee, and dogs are not allowed within the Community Trust grounds. Headphone use is restricted to bone conduction or single-ear pieces; there may be unmarshalled road crossings. Transfers can be self-served up to seven days before the event.
