Fürstenwaldlauf Ochsenhausen
The Fürstenwaldlauf Ochsenhausen, first started in 1981, is a well-known scenic run in Oberschwaben, Germany, characterized by its family-friendly atmosphere. In 2026, it will celebrate its 45th anniversary and is part of the Öchslefest celebrations.
Races and Distances
- Hauptlauf (Main Race): 10.55 km, largely on forest paths with challenging sections, starting and ending with a stadium lap. This is a DLV-approved race.
- 5.0 km Lauf: Starts on the same course as the 10.55 km race, with a turnaround point at 2.5 km, also ending with a stadium lap.
- Schülerläufe (School Runs): 800 m for various age groups (U10, U12, U14, U16) for boys and girls.
- Bambinilauf: 300 m for the youngest participants, held in the stadium.

- Facilities: Changing rooms and showers available at the SV Ochsenhausen Sportheim. Parking is available directly at the stadium.
